インポスター症候群とは
彼女は講演で、自身がインポスター症候群であると告白しました。

インポスター症候群とは、自分の達成を内面的に肯定できず、まるで人をだましているように感じてしまう症状だそうです。
また、この症状は女性の著名人によくみられる症状だそうです。
エンパワーメントとは
エンパワーメントとは、人が持っている力を引き出し、湧き出させることを意味します。
彼女は人を身分 (station in life)で判断するのではなく、個人の持つ能力で判断しなければいけないと主張していました。
